Ben concentrates his practice on assisting high net worth domestic and international clients with various aspects of estate planning, trust formation, and the management of family businesses. Ben advises grantors and beneficiaries of trusts and estates, corporate and individual trustees, and family offices.
Ben has extensive experience advising clients on the formation, management, and restructuring of family business and investment entities. He works closely with clients and their advisors to establish robust family governance structures specifically tailored to meet each family’s unique needs. He also has a range of experience navigating various corporate law transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and debt financings.
